1-2-1 Yoga Benefits
I offer and encourage 1-2-1 session both in person and online. These personalised 50 minute sessions are great for a range of reasons and suit both beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Ever since my time in India, I have developed my passion for yoga, honed my personal practice and focussed and developed my knowledge of movement and mobility to expand what I can offer clients.

1-2-1 sessions can be worked around your busy schedule, tailored to personal goals and needs (including working around any injuries or medical conditions), and may reduce anxiety especially for beginners who can find group classes daunting.

Dora is definitely the most genuine and passionate teacher I’ve ever come across. Her soothing but deeply encouraging voice and great explanations and adjustment techniques, completely transformed my practise. I would recommend Dora without hesitation. She has a relaxing way about her which creates a really nice class atmosphere. Her instruction is clear and calm and the pace is perfect as you’re never left feeling you’ve not stretched fully or you’re desperate to move onto the next asana.

What do I need?
