When I started classes with Dora, I was completely new too yoga. She was a great help in making me more mobile and stronger something that translated into the sports I play. Perhaps the biggest boost, though, was the positive outlook and sense of wellbeing that each session generated. Her teaching is extremely helpful for those who really need a break from day to day life stresses. I highly recommend taking up classes with Dora!
